• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
• Promotes the company’s HBC credit and loyalty programs and achieves targets
• Maintains a professional and productive work environment
• Process all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

Position Overview:
As a valuable member

Specific Duties:
- Welcome club members in a
professional and friendly manner
- Respond to telephone inquiries
- Ensure all menus and wine lists
are clean and tidy prior to the start of each shift

- Work with the Maitre d’ to
prepare and organize seating plans
- Seat guests according to
seating plan
